Meanwhile, back to baseball. When Canseco was traded to the Texas Rangers during the 1992 season, he began “juicing” with fellow superstars Rafael Palmeiro, Juan Gonzalez and Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez. At this point in his career, Canseco said, many players began asking him advice about using steroids, elevating him to the level of “Godfather of Steroids.”.

My monogram pochette metis just arrived from Min’s Group buy and I’m so excited BUT, the glazing is so bright red and completely shiny!! It really brings the bag down. I’m a bit disappointed considering I paid $310 and there are ones from other TS that are half the price that I was considering (Tina and Nancy have ones that look really good) but I thought I’d go for Min’s because it had such good reviews! In the Factory photos (on the group buy page) the glazing looks a perfect browny red and matte. Certainly not that way in real life!! Anyone know of any ways I can mattify and make it more brown? I have heard about using a medium brown permanent marker on the glazing but it looks so plasticky that I don’t know if it would work!I bought the same bag albeit from a different seller, and I am pretty pleased with it.

Little Italy: North of Canal Street is Little Italy, a fast disappearing neighborhood being gobbled up by the area’s exploding Chinese community. Today, less than 10 percent of the neighborhood’s residents are of Italian ancestry and the heart of the district has shrunk to just three short blocks along Mulberry Street. Here, Italian restaurants and cafes line the street, with tables and striped umbrellas set out in warm weather.
We live a simple life. We have shaved expenses down so far that friends and family laugh at us. Much of what we do seems odd to people that don’t understand our reasons. Reminders of Civil War battles abounded on the Peninsula when I grew up, but highways have changed the Peninsula’s face. Today we’re conscious of the Peninsula Campaign chiefly by historical markers, placed by the commonwealth since 1927 to remind us of Confederate heroism. Many markers were worded by Douglas Southall Freeman and Hamilton Eckenrode, both Civil War historians.
